St. Joseph’s Care Hospice Services, Inc. is a Joint Commission accredited hospice agency that provides quality end-of-life care to patients with life-limiting illness in the privacy and comfort of their home. We also offer our services to residents of Long-Term Care Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.

Our well-trained friendly, kind, compassionate and professional staff is available to meet with patients and family members in person.

St. Joseph’s Care Hospice Services, Inc. mission is to provide an individual quality care. Our goal is to neither hasten nor postpone death; rather we provide comfort and dignity to those individuals with a medically documented life expectancy of six (6) months or less so that they can spend this final stage of life surrounded by the people and things that they love the most.

St. Joseph’s Care Hospice Services, Inc. is never about giving up hope but rather provision of opportunities to redefine hope and remain surrounded by a supportive team of professionals while they work through the stress and anxiety brought about by this sometimes long and difficult journey.
